Jai Property Management specializes in purchase as well as leasing properties in and around the Atlanta Georgia area. We pride ourselves in our work and the properties we offer.

KH Property Group capitalized on the 2009 real estate crisis by acquiring over 600 townhomes, condominiums, and single-family residences throughout the Atlanta sub-market. Many of these assets were distressed or broken into condominium structures at the time of acquisition. To manage and preserve the value of these holdings, KH Property Group formed its own in-house management arm, JAI Property Management, which has since overseen the operation, maintenance, and leasing of these properties. The portfolio is managed with a long-term investment strategy in mind, with assets either held until market conditions support resale or until values reach replacement cost.
