This project aims to develop a residential condominium complex at 1831 Reggie White Blvd. The proposal includes preserving the existing façade and designing a new architectural envelope that blends the historical character with more modern elements.
The complex consists of 50 residential units distributed across 5 levels: 30 units are 950 square meters, 10 are 1000 square meters, and the remaining 10 are 1200 square meters. Each unit includes its own garage, located on the lower levels of the building.
A key feature of the project is the inclusion of a commercial space on the first two levels, in response to the strong commercial activity in the surrounding area.
