KH Property Group took advantage of the 2009 Real State crisis by acquiring 600 townhouse, condos and single family homes throughout the Atlanta sub-market that were broke into condominiums and formed its own self management company called JAI Property Management to manage and maintain these properties until they are acquired or reach replacement cost.
